When you are unsatisfied with the medical staff, can you ask for
replacement? |

customers. |

can Piko monitor and guarantee the service quality? |

Piko
adopts Total Quality Management. Our medical supervisors spot check
randomly. Customers can also feedback through the Questionnaire on
Service Evaluation. Besides, our staff receives training regularly.
Customers can request for the certification of medical qualifications
accordingly. |

In case of emergency or night service, what will be the charges?

8:00pm to the coming 8:00am, all calls will be calculated on 12-hours
basis. Taxi fees will be charged after 11:00pm.

Daytime Emergency Service
|
|
|
All
calls before 10:00am will be calculated on 12-hours basis. After
10:00am, service charges will base on standard rates.

Emergency Service refers to the urgent need for the medical staff to
arrive at destination within 2 hours. Piko reserves the final
right to reject any orders. |

Night
Service |
|
From
8:00pm to the coming 8:00am, all calls will be calculated on 12-hours
